DMC Tools Exported Items Warranty & Returns

Crimp-Tech Australia offers DMC Tools warranty on all items exported out of Australia, this warranty is based on the DMC Tools warranty found here DMC Tools Warranty & Returns.

Limited Warranty

DMC warrants each new product sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. DMC’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the free correction or, at DMC’s option, the refund of the purchase price of any such product which proves defective in normal service within ninety (90) days after delivery to the first user, provided that the product is returned to DMC with all transportation charges prepaid and which shall appear to DMC’s satisfaction, after DMC’s inspection, to have been defective in material or workmanship, it being understood that DMC products are not consumer products. This warranty shall not cover any damage to any product which, in the opinion of DMC, was caused by normal wear, misuse, improper operation, tampering, neglect, or accident. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. No warranty, express or implied, is made or authorized to be made or assumed with respect to products of Daniels Manufacturing Corporation other than those herein set forth.

Returns

Contact our Customer Service Department via email to sales@crimptech.com.au to review if a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can be issued. Crimp-Tech Australia will issue RMA’s for:

  • Warranty Repair: Must be within the original 90 days of purchase and meet DMC warranty guidelines. An exchange for the same item is at the discretion of DMC and Crimp-Tech Australia.
  • Return of Unused Product: If a customer has ordered an incorrect product or no longer has a need for the product Crimp-Tech Australia will issue an RMA at its discretion. Product(s) must be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging. A restocking fee will be applicable and will not exceed the original purchase price. Once the item is received at Crimp-Tech Australia, the Quality Control Department will inspect the item to ensure it meets Crimp-Tech Australia and DMC return guidelines. If approved, a refund or credit will be provided less any restocking fee.

Return shipments are at the expense of the customer and must have the issued RMA number clearly labeled on the outside of the package for proper internal handling. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. If the item is not received within 30 days the RMA will be canceled.
